Welcome to Wine for Thought, a website where you will find information on wine and spirits courses in the greater Denver area. My name is Natalie Guinovart, and I teach a wide variety of programs designed for both students and professionals of all levels of interest and expertise. Most programs are based at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, but some include self-study or distance-learning modules.
In addition to being a Certified Sommelier, French Wine Scholar Instructor, Certified Wine Educator, and a Diploma holder from the London-based Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), I am also a WSET Certified Instructor. It is my goal to deliver wine education that is flexible, creative, effective, and above all, fun! In addition to instructing the world's most prestigious wine and spirits programs, I am also a freelance wine writer and consultant.
