Natalie Guinovart is the owner of Wine for Thought, LLC and the Denver Wine School. With a background in Culinary Arts, she promptly abandoned her whisk for a corkscrew after discovering her talent and passion for wine over eight years ago. She is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, a French Wine Scholar, a Diploma-holder for the London-based Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), and a Certified Wine Educator (CWE) through the Society of Wine Educators. She earned the prestigious Banfi Vintners’ Award of Excellence for passing the CWE with the highest score on her first attempt. She is a WSET Certified Instructor, having administered and taught the program at Johnson & Wales University in Denver. Committed to a life of wine education, Natalie is currently pursuing her Master of Wine certification.

An accomplished wine writer and educator, Natalie is published frequently in Sommelier Journal, and has co-authored a textbook for the Society of Wine Educators. She is the Senior Tasting Editor at VinoTasting magazine and a member of the incredible team at www.jancisrobinson.com, where The Oxford Companion to Wine (essential reading for any serious student!) is conveniently published online, along with an astounding collection of masterful tasting notes and brilliantly written articles. You will find her approach to wine and spirits education creative, flexible, effective, but most of all, fun!

Ashley Hausman Vaughters, owner of Pip & Co. Wine Consulting, LLC., started her wine career in New York City, where she attained her Masters in American and English Literature at New York University, but saw the opportunity for wine education in Denver, CO. She is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, a Certified Specialist of Wine through the Society of Wine Educators, and a Spanish Wine Expert through the Spanish Wine Academy and a buyer for Little’s Wine & Spirits in South Denver. She is nearly finished with her Diploma through the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, then plans to pursue the Master of Wine. She teaches at Alliance Francaise, Colorado Free University, A Bottled Affair as well as private and corporate functions. Ashley has worked with PBS, The Museum of Nature and Science, the University of Denver as well as several local restaurants. She consults on small business, private cellars and personal wine investment. Ashley Vaughters believes that to be a good instructor, one must be a constant student.
